Bulk weight is an important indicator for measuring ceramic insulation paper. The content of the slag ball not only affects the bulk density of the ceramic insulation paper, but also has a great influence on the uniformity of the ceramic insulation paper, the tensile strength of the ceramic insulation paper, the shrinkage rate of the ceramic insulation paper.
Ceramic insulation paper is made of high-purity ceramic fiber bulk as the main raw material in the production process. Ceramic fiber bulk melts clay clinker, alumina powder, silica powder, chrome sand and other raw materials in a high-temperature electric furnace at a high temperature, and forms ceramic fiber bulk through a process. In the process of making ceramic fiber bulk, there are reasons such as uneven heating and improper treatment, and the particles of the lens are formed, which is what we call the slag ball.
The presence of slag balls in ceramic insulation paper changes the original fiber bulk arranging structure, which makes the gap between the two become larger, which greatly reduces the strength of the fiber paper. Once the strength is deteriorated, the wear of the ceramic insulation paper will be caused. Problems such as poor electrical insulation and shrinkage, reduce the service life of ceramic insulation paper.
