In the previous article, we mainly discussed the effect of material porosity on the thermal conductivity of insulation ceramic blanket. In this issue, we will continue to introduce the effect of temperature on the thermal conductivity of insulation ceramic blanket.
3. Temperature
Temperature is also a fundamental factor affecting the thermal conductivity. The temperature of the use affects the thermal conductivity. The higher the temperature, the higher the thermal conductivity, so at room temperature, 400C, 800C, 1000C or higher... The thermal conductivity is definitely stepped. The thermal conductivity of MEIYUAN insulation ceramic blanket is not only related to the thermal conductivity and thermal insulation effect of the refractory insulation products, but also has an important influence on the thermal shock stability. Generally, the thermal conductivity of the material is smaller, and the thermal shock is internal. The smaller the thermal stress is generated, the better the thermal shock stability. It also shows that the resistance to breakage is stronger when the temperature changes drastically. For example, MEIYUAN insulation ceramic blanket can maintain its good thermal insulation performance between normal temperature and 1400 C. This is precisely because MEIYUAN insulation ceramic blanket has lower thermal conductivity and can adapt to high temperature environment.
We have our own raw material base. Our raw materials will be inspected before entering the factory, and the computer controlled batching ratio system will strictly control the purity of raw materials. Therefore, the quality of the insulation ceramic blanket manufactured is better.
