Is there adhesive in the insulation ceramic fiber board?

According to technical requirement, we add a small amount of organic or non-organic adhesive in insulation ceramic fiber board.

In a temperature between 285℃ and 450℃, organic adhesive burns out when put into heating for the first time.Then insulation ceramic fiber board's color of the material changes into white.

Adhesive increases the hardness of the in insulation ceramic fiber board to achieve the effect of heat insulation and wear resistance.
